Time Management for Wedding Professionals

Many of our students are juggling a full time career with studying and in some cases they are Mums as well. For most people this provides a challenge and to achieve everything, and do it well, a certain amount of time management is required. Things don’t change when you do become a wedding professional either, as most of us work from home and that provides a set of challenges all of their own.

In this episode of Academy TV we give you some tips on how to manage your time more effectively and to keep those pesky distractions at bay. One of my biggest tips, and trust me this works, is when you’re working to a deadline turn off your email, shut down all your social media and switch off your phone. You will be amazed just how productive you will be without the temptation to check Facebook or to read that email with the interesting subject line. Focusing your energy on just one thing for certain periods during the day really does make you more productive.
